How does the recipient book their hotel stay?
The recipient chooses the date, the hotel, the room type and add-ons such as breakfast from more than 200,000 hotels worldwide, then books using the details on their voucher, subject to availability.
Can the voucher be upgraded to a better hotel?
Yes. The recipient can upgrade to a higher-category hotel, a bigger room or extras such as breakfast by paying the price difference.
Can the recipient change the destination?
Yes. A staycation voucher can be switched to another destination before the stay is booked.
How is the voucher delivered?
Staycation vouchers are delivered either as an instant e-voucher by email or as a printed gift box.
Can I buy a staycation voucher from outside Singapore?
